It was reported that Philippines economy’s contraction this year, 2020, could be greated that earlier predicted measures to contain the coronavirus outbreak weigh on domestic demand and investments, and the budget deficit is expected to rise sharply.
The decline is expected to be 2% to 3.4%. The budget deficit is estimated to reach P1.56 trillion pesos. For these reasons, I would like to shift my Global Government Modernization to enable the Philippine Government to reduce the expected budget deficit, reduce poverty without raising taxes.
