A HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED MODERNIZATION PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR THE FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – FEATURING MODERN COAST GUARD
Objectives:
- Convert the current Counter-Terrorism into a Full Crime/Terrorism Prevention System
- Incorporate the designs of the Modern Highway Patrol Program
- Incorporate the designs of the Modern Police Program
- Expand the capabilities of the U.S. Coast Guard by eliminating all old or outdated cutters, boats, and aircraft, add approximately 35,000 personnel, provide additional cutters, boats, and aircraft, build additional coast guard stations and modernize all existing bases and equipment – all of these will be funded with a minimum of $25 billion annually and will not require tax increases
- The Department of Homeland Security Modernization Program is designed to add 30,000 Border Patrol Agents to fully protect all borders. This modernization program will provide an additional $30 billion annually and will not require any tax increases

- Introduce this modernization program to all North American countries from Mexico to Nicaragua to prevent violent crimes, reduce the prison population, and create jobs to reduce poverty – this will eliminate the need to cross the American borders to find jobs
All of the above a self-funded programs and will not require the need to raise taxes.
